All domestic orders are shipped via Express Post and international orders by first-class airmail. Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days in North America and 3 - 6 weeks overseas. Please note some orders may take up to 8 – 12 weeks due to the destination of the shipment and customs delays. Please be aware that your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Returns Policy If you have received a damaged or defective item, or you find that an item is missing from your order, please notify us by writing to zoetic@shaw.ca within 5 days of receipt of your package and a replacement item will be sent. You will not be charged for extra shipping and handling unless at the time of notification you have requested purchase of additional items. If you have received the wrong item(s), again, please notify us at zoetic@shaw.ca within 5 days of receipt of your package. We ask that you return the item(s) in new condition, i.e., any book in its original condition, and, in the case of audiotapes still in plastic wrap. Once we have received the item(s), we will send out the correct item(s)s and provide a credit, if it applies, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. i.e., a credit to Visa or Mastercard or a U.S. dollar cheque. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact
us in writing at zoetic@shaw.ca
within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We will provide a refund in
the same form of payment originally used for purchase, less the
original shipping and handling costs, as well as any applicable
taxes on shipping. Zoetic Inc. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received the returned item. You can expect a refund within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
